Technical Problems After Ordering Step-by-Step Immigration to Canada

I've already order the book, but I didn´t receive the instructions explaining how to download it…  

If you have already ordered the book, you should already have received:

1.       A Paypal receipt

2.      Detailed instructions explaining how to download the manual

If you haven’t received the instructions explaining how to download the book, please:

1.       Make sure the email is NOT  in your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. Sometimes it can be delivered to this folder accidentally.

2.      If you have already checked your SPAM or JUNK mail folder and you didn’t find the email, please send us an email to  ordercanada@aweber.com with:

a) Your Paypal Receipt Number

b)  Your Full Name

*** IMPORANT: I will NOT send you the manual if you do not send your Paypal Receipt Number.

I've already order the book, but I cannot open the files…  

If you have already downloaded the books, but you cannot open the files, please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

You can download it for FREE from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html  
If you still have TECHNICAL problems, please submit a ticket with your PAYPAL RECEIPT NUMBER and the NAME OF THE PRODUCT at:  http://www.porteglobalpublishing.com/support/ (Important: We will not give you any advice without your receipt number).
