book, please:

Make sure the email is NOT in your SPAM or JUNK mail
folder. Sometimes it can be delivered to this folder accidentally.
2.
If you have
already checked your SPAM or JUNK mail folder and you didn’t find the

Your Paypal Receipt Number
b)
Your Full Name

If
you have already downloaded the books, but you cannot open the files,
please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed.
