Hello my name is Alan, the last time that I was in Canada, I did overstayed. First I applied for the restoration of my status, but it was refused. The sent me a letter saying that I have to voluntarily leave Canada. So i did it and at this time, I want to apply for my residence. Do you think that there will be a problem with immigration? right now I´m in my country in Mexico since 1 year ago, and at this time I have all the points to apply for it. Is there any restriction to apply if you overstayed the last time you have been in Canada. I have all the papers to prove that I applied for the restoration of my status.
Thanks |
