Dear All,
I am in the process of applying as a skilled worker to Canada and I currently live in the USA. I am also a teacher and enrolled for my masters program in speech pathology. Do I still need to take the TOEFL test or can my current qualifications as an elementary school teacher and masters student suffice as proof of proficiency of the english language. Thank you. No need to a TOEFL as long as you are fluent in English.
