There are a large number of tutorials online that allow you to learn french. The resources listed below are either free or near free.By learning french, you can get 2-8 points added to your score! Maybe that'll give you more power on your application.

Well, Citizenship and Immigration Canada may test you for your french if you are asked to a formal interview.
