Question about submitting application
Hello All,
I am planning to apply for the Canadian Immigration but have a couple of questions to make sure I don't screwup. I currently reside in Peoria,IL state, USA and had been here for almost 2 1/2 years now. I am on a L1 visa ( Inter company transferee) to my parent company here. I am most likely to go back to my home country (India) in Aug '07 when my assignment gets over. I have a question: Can I apply for the Canadian Immigration from the US as opposed to applying from India?I am asking this because the wait time in India is for almost 60-70 months which is unbelievable. Is there a possibility to submit my application before I leave? Are there any complication in the future in doing so? Thanks in advance for your reply. |
