Can someone who has been working under the employment catagory for graduated students(post graduation employment), who has been an undergraduate student, finish up his one or two years of allowed employment and then decide he wants to go on with a masters degree? or does that person have to apply for a new study permit? and if so can he do that from inside canada or from outside canada or both?
