Hi! Does anyone know what is the difference between the Provincial visas and the Federal visa?
Is it easier to get the Provincial ones?

It really and truly depends on the province and your qualifications. But provincial visas are usually faster to get than the federal visas and generally do not require you to go through the interview stage.

Well, you just need a positive/neutral labour market opinion with intent towards permanent employment. It should take from 4-8 weeks for the Government of Alberta to process your application and the rest of the time depends on your consulate.
