First of all, Hello I'm a new member.

I want to begin Canada's immigration process as "Skilled Worker" with my wife as dependant, as soon as possible. (We are Cubans)

I need to clarify a great doubt I have, regarding the points I would obtain by my wife's level of education (adaptability criteria).

These are the years of studies she completed for each level of education:

7 years Primary school
3 years Junior high school
3 years Senior high school
1 year University level – Computer Science Engineer
Until now she successfully completed 14 years of formal education. At present she is at her second university year of her career, computer science engineer. (A university career needs 5 years to be completed in Cuba)

My questions are:

How many points would I obtain by my wife’s level of education at present?

How many points would I obtain by my wife's level of education if she will finish her second university year?
I would thank that my questions were answered indicating the points (0, 3 or 4) that I would obtain by my wife's level of education. If it's possible give me an explanation for each answer.

Thanks in advance and waiting for your answer,

Ariel

Well, it would be best if you had your wife's Education Credentials assessed by the Government. However, please note that you do not both need to apply under the skilled worker program. If one of you is applying under a business class, they can sponsour the other one.
