If i get to Canada without work visa, can i fix any legal status since there, i mean since Vancouver or Toronto, Canada.

Uh, technically yes you can apply for permanent residency in Canada, but you must follow the correct rules when applying. Also, you can only stay in Canada until your Temporary Resident Visa (Visitor Visa) expires. You can extend this by applying to CIC, and that'll cost you $100. You cannot work in Canada with a visitor visa, btw.

Im from Monterrey, Mexico...and im positive that mexicans do not need any visa to get inn Canada...just my mexican passaport...
For example if i go to Canada, just with my passaport and someone wants hiring me....Can i apply to have a resident or work visa, or whatever... my quesion is can i do it since there????

I'd say it's worth it to sit for IELTS - I'm going to and I'm American. Better way to guarantee the full points for proficiency with a test rather than just a letter.
