Will i need someone or person live in canada to guaranty me finantially in the process of application or will i need any amount or sum of money as a bail or guaranty to complete my application.
In another word will i need any finantial guaranty to complete the application.

For the sake of your question, yes you need to show a certain amount of funds to qualify under Skilled Federal Immigration Class. A single person has to show roughly CAD 10,500 and it increases with every person included in you application.
