1.- I am a Venezuelan citizen but ,I have been living in USA for 6 year (since 2000-Present) ( out status-this is my legal situation) so, if I start with the Canada immigration process do I have to come back to venezuela and sumit my application from there? or Can I do it from here?

b) if I can sumit the application from here...How long take the whole process?



2.- I Studied Computer Tech in the uinversity in Venzuela about 3 year and I have all my records, but I did not graduate I missed the final tesis,Can that count as degree?



3.- Once I take the IELTS test how long the result last? I mean the result is forever or after 6 month, 1 year or any do I have to take it again?

If you are legal resident then you must apply from States. Normally it takes around 24 months from Buffalo USA but it can very depend on your original country of nationality in terms of security checks.

2. I dont think that it can be considered as your degree since you dint graduate.

3. IELTS are valid for one year.
