Hello , My name is Darwin Garcia

I am trying to start the whole process to Canada Immigration, the question is I live in USA, and I am Venezuelan Citizen, so... Can I sumit the Resident application form and do the whole process from here? or Do I have to come back to Venezuela and do it from there?

If you entered the U.S. legally and maintained status for one year, you can apply frm the U.S.

if ur status is legal in the u.s.a u can apply for pr there but u must put in consideration that it may take alot of time ( 1-2 years) and maybe u will have the interview

You have to be a Citizen of the country you are applying in. But be thankful, the Embassy in Caracas has much lower wait times than the Consulate General in Buffalo. Compare the times (Under 80% of cases processed in):

Skilled Worker - Buffalo: 39 - Caracas: 21
Provincial Nomination - Buffalo: 12 - Caracas: 10
