How can I pay my processing fee? How many ways do I have to pay the fee?
If I don't have online account, May I have pay by Western Union or just send money check from local bank.
In case of using Western Union or bank cheque/check, to whom and where I should address?

How you must pay your fees depends on what method you are using to immigrate. Check the CIC website for details -- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html -- most of the information for payment will be inside the PDF application guides. If you are entering through sponsorship, you can pay your fees online with credit card. Just follow the link for your specific application method.
