My name is Nadine rhoden form jamaica, i am in the process of submitting my application form for permanent resident in canada, when i was told about the new change as of September 1, 2006, CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. I believe it will be much easier to apply after September 1st, since you would only have to send your application (not the documents)

Sad news for Americans: those of us who will be applying from the US through Buffalo will not be able to use the new simplified application process.
