Hi all, I want to know what is included the criminal and backround check,
I used to live in the US and I have many traffic violations, plus I got somthing called a "default conviction" because of"failure to respond to traffic tickets", also do I have a "warrant issued in the State of California" for "failure to appear in court" I had to appear in court because of a traffic violation. So are all those things shown to the canadian government, or are those all unshown because they have to do with only traffic?
I hope someone knows, or at least the people from the US in this forum might know thanks.

I just received my background check back from the FBI and all that was shown was a stamp stating "NO ARREST RECORD" -- so I am sure they do not include traffic citations. However, if you have a warrant out for failure to appear, I would have that cleared up ASAP.
