Hi - brand new here, hope someone can help. Im confused by what appears to be conflicting info from various parties. Straightforward question, do I qualify for a visa under the Family Class category? My wife and I have no natural family left in the UK apart from my adult children - my 2 sisters emigrated to BC many years (25+) ago and now have large extended families. I'd like to know definitively now if it's worth even starting the process of securing sponsorship of one of my sisters. I'd be grateful for some help from someone who knows what they're talking about (even if it's negative).
