Dear all,

Thank you very much for your wonderful solutions in the past.

I applied for Canadian PR through Berlin CHC in 20 December 2005 and got the file number in Jan 2006.( so 6 months are over till now)

At the time of application i had only 65 points. I will get 68 points after my M.S Degree in september 2006. I applied early , because i will leave Germany at the end of 2006.

So at the time of application, I filed a covering letter stating that i will complete my MASTERS DEGREE in JUNE 2006 & i will send further documents after my course completion.

But unfortunately, i will complete my course in SEPTEMBER 30TH 2006. Till date i haven't heared anything from Berlin CHC.

considering the above situation to SAVE MY APPLICATION(or to avoid getting rejection letter);

Query 1:
Can i send some proof about my course completion date from my university?

or

Should i wait for the CHC's decision or to hear some thing from them(to get documents)?

Query 2:

If i leave Germany, can i give my Friends postal address to Berlin CHC?

I donot have any clue about this matter.
It would be greatful,if you give some ideas.

Thank you very much in Advance,
Regards,
Bala

Hi there! :)

What I would do is send a letter to the Visa Office explaining EXACTLY the situation.
Remember that sometimes they can assign additional points based on specific cases.
I hope this helps!

Hi nicole,

Thanks for the feedback. i'll cross 67 points, iff i get those 3 points for M.S education. otherwise they will reject. so i will send the letter to them.

I hope they will assing additional points for me.

Regards

Bala, when are you planning on moving to Canada?

Which city do you want to move to?

Kisses!

Hey Nicole,

It depends on my Canadian Visa status. If i get a Visa i'll leave Germany by December . If it takes time to get the PR then i have to think about it.

I prefer Calgary,Alberta or Vancouver,British Columbia for my initial survival.

Btw, where r u from ?

cheers
